Crafted from scratch, the helmet’s modular structure was modeled with precision, integrating Dior’s signature latticework to produce sculptural yet lightweight layering.
Additive Manufacturing
Each component was 3D printed individually (most likely using TPU and other materials) to ensure fine detail and structural integrity during assembly.
Artisan Detailing & Finishing
Hand-Painted Aesthetic
In post-production, each segment underwent artisanal painting: layered with muted mattes to preserve the sculptural complexity while grounding it in Dior’s refined color palette.
Branding Embellishments
Both the classic Dior logo and the modern CD Diamond motif were embossed on the surface, synergizing heritage with contemporary branding.
